David will tell you how and more than that, he will show you how to do it too.

Younger people possibility won’t get this yet (unless they see their parents going though it)…. but they will. For most people in their 50’s they may reflect back on this period of their lives and go, oh yeah, I get that now! I only wish I had known that back then.
But for those of us that are between ages 33 to 53 right now, there are some big changes afoot whether you are aware of them or denie them or care about them or understand them or resist them or not. They will happen. For both men and women there will be biological chemical physical and mental changes. There will also be changes in your family units as kids grow up and leave (or return) home, parents pass away, relationships change and old age appears on the horizon. What are those changes? What do they mean and how can we navigate our way though them travelling better and safer, and arriving stronger and happier than before. This is an expansive session of learning and fun that will leave your audience feeling better about themselve and their future.
